Shipping and Returns

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All items purchased are custom made and considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but we do offer item replacement. Any errors made on behalf of the company will be corrected and replaced within 7-10 days of issue notification.

If the product you received is deemed defective (torn, ripped in some way), your order is eligible for a refund or exchange. If item is deemed refundable, refund will be issued in the same manner as purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Items will be shipped within 7-10 days of item receipt.  Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices, orders may arrive within 3-4 days after shipment. 

For International shipping, please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

All items are shipped via USPS. Deeply Rooted Apparel will not be responsible for any shipping address discrepancies, including lost, stolen or misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. 

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies or if  your item does not arrive by expected delivery date, your item will be replaced and shipped free of charge.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

CAN I ORDER A DESIGN ON A DIFFERENT GARMENT?

Most designs can be offered on a different garment. Customer will be charged the average rate of the requested item. Please send an email to info@deeplyrootedapparel.com for more information.
